Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.
Package Your Cubes
Place the unused silicone trays and lids in their original boxing to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
